Instead of wasting hours pulling your hair out, my Website Fixes & Updates service is there to take care of it for you. It’s quick, easy, affordable and practical. Your time can be so much better invested, and the cost of outsourcing is usually more cost-effective in the time and frustration you can save.

Any work that can be completed within 2hrs I will get onto ASAP and invoice on completion. If it will take longer than that, a quote will be provided first before any work commences. This service is charged in 30-minute increments at US$29 per 30 minutes.

Admin access to your website is required. If I don’t have this already, instructions will be emailed to you. The sooner this is sorted, the sooner I can perform the service.
Work will commence ASAP for smaller tasks. If a quote is required, this will be sent to you for approval before starting any work.

Each ticket and associated work is quoted upfront or charged in 30-minute increments (depending on the required tasks) and is considered completed when:
Anything that comes up during this process that falls outside the original support ticket will be quoted separately.
Tasks exclude major design & functionality changes as this often requires much more time and is best to be quoted separately. If any requests fall outside the scope of what we can provide via this service you will be notified, but we can still quote accordingly.
Our working hours are Monday- Friday 9am-4pm and we work through tickets in the order in which they are received. We strive to reply within 1-2 business days.
Yes, you can. However, as I have a number of clients that I provide support for, the online ticketing system ensures that requests can be easily tracked and addressed in chronological order.
